NeuQuest is seeking a Director of Client Success to manage internal customer operations. – Develop deep relationships with our customer to build-up lifetime value
– Take proactive Leadership role to onboard clients while developing a client success team
– Execute strategies that create opportunities for company growth
– Use “best of practices” model to methodically lead a synergy between client and internal team needs
– Assist in business continuity during active campaigns
– Compile campaign data results to provide client feedback
– Lead weekly team meetings
Who You Are:
– 10+ years’ experience in enterprise client service account management
– Team Leader to managing Customer Success and or Professional Services teams
– A creative negotiator when facing adversity in objections and rejection
– Passionate to add value to creating enterprise hyper-growth sales opportunities
– Master in time management to handling project deadlines, weekly reports and meetings
